Okay, since it's Good friday, and i'm up early. I shall revive my blog as there's nothing else much to do!

I've been in NS for about 5 weeks now, coming to the 6th. Most of us will only start the countdown after week 10. NS life is actually quite fun, that is... IF you treat every punishment as training. For example, The officer goes "Fidget in file somemore, knock it down!" You can have 2 thoughts, 1)"Oh kanasai, pumping again." OR 2)"Oh yay! More training for my chest muscles!" See the difference? Worlds apart i tell you. Haha

In case some of you don't know, i'm in Eagle COY platoon 2, which is a pretty awesome platoon although 80% of the company are paikia's, but if you know them they're super nice. In my section there're totally awesome people and we work really well together.
Just the other day we were told there was going to be an inter-obese company games day. WTH?! The thought of obese NS men running up and down a field doesn't quite register in my mind. Haha. Didn't anyone watch Zombieland? The fatties were the first to go!

On another note, i had high fever on wednesday after the SDC visit, so i got attend c! Meaning i could go home and rest. So i booked out 1 day earlier than tekong, well, it wasn't just me, like 2 other dudes as well. I've basically been sleeping ever since then. And spamming medication of course. haha.

Till next time readers!

I heard once that stars represent Suns of different solar systems. Well, here in Cameron Highlands, approx. 1300m above sea level... The number of stars is simply amazing. And it led me to think that there are THAT many solar systems out there, and possibly numerous other lifeforms. Amazing.

Anyway, this morning I climbed Gunung Berembun, which is 1500m above sea level, the trail was very technical with insanely steep climbs and sheer drops littered all around the trail. Needless to say my legs were feeling like jelly after trekking, and so dad and I deciding not to do any trekking anymore.

Cameron Highlands is very nice and cool place, by cool i mean literally cool. It's freezing at night and cool in the day. The air is very crisp and fresh and the people for some reason are just nicer.

Well anyway, i'll post pictures when i get back, the mosquitoes are killing me slowly.

Whew, just finished trekking through Macritchie Trail (the one that links bukit timah nature reserve and macritchie nature reserve) and i must say, the trail would make a super awesome world-class mountain biking trail. The lines are so well laid out, with drops that are do-able and fun, with jumps on DH sections, and there are rock gardens, not really planned rock gardens, but probably from park rangers who maintain the place, all i can say is that i would love to cycle there.

On another note, last week was Ruanxian concert, it was pretty awesome, my last performance before i go NS. It was so much fun and all, i think i'll miss the rx family and my laoshi.

Well, my birthday has passed (in case some of you don't know), not that is was anything special, i think i spent it playing computer at home and cleaning up my room.

CNY wasn't anything special either, it was just basically another day.

And so, here's to my boring, uneventful life...

Some interesting stuffs i saw today. Firstly, a mercedez smashed into the side of the motorcycle. It was pretty sick but no one died thank goodness.

Secondly, an old man was walking 2 dogs, a female chihuahua and a male bulldog. Well, to put it bluntly, the bulldog was slamming the chihuahua in what is known as "doggy-style". It was pretty sick, and somemore it was out in the open, and i walked right past the 2 dogs, so yeah.

Thirdly, solder (molten lead), only sticks to open metal surfaces, smooth or rough, and doesn't stick to any other material, other than flux which is some liquid used to 'glue' solder to PCBs.

Concert is this sunday! Remember to come people! Cos it's free! haha, makes me feel cheap...

So... Last nights/This mornings ride was pretty awesome, the supposed "LEISURE" ride sure took a toll on me and i can feel fatigue all over my body. But anyway, it was still a pretty awesome ride nonetheless.

Cycled all the way to AMK, from there to Mandai/Woodlands then to CCK and then home. All in all the distance was maybe around 80-100km? I'm not sure but i asked this lady nicknamed chilli padi to tell me the distance since she had a odometer. Anyway, ride ended about 330am? And i only got home at about 4am, and yeah... i had small group at 10am at Jia's place, so i didn't get much sleep, but i managed to catch a few winks just now so it's all good.

OH! Made some new friends during the ride! They're pretty cool dudes and i'm gonna bring them offroad soon, haha.
